🇨🇦 For online orders placed after June 1, 2026, customers will receive a prepaid return label via a QR code to return their detectors for analysis. A return envelope is provided.
Confidential results are emailed within 7-14 business days and can be downloaded via your online registration.

Note: THE TRIO includes three (3) radon detectors, which must be used simultaneously at a single location. They cannot be split up and deployed at different addresses. The 3 detectors should be returned together in one envelope to the lab.

Globally, the alpha track method is the most widely used technique for measuring radon levels. Radonova's Radtrak3 is a dependable detector suited for both residential and commercial radon assessments.
Its broad measurement range spans from 15 Bq/m3 up to 25,000 Bq/m3. The device features film elements housed in an anti-static plastic casing, allowing radon to enter via diffusion.
What do I do when I receive the detector? What is the process?
The Radtrak and Rapidos Alpha Track detectors include a unique instruction sheet and a return envelope. Effective June 1, 2026, a QR code is included, linking to a prepaid label.
Note: Each detector must be registered individually using the login details on the instruction sheet.
When you’re ready to start testing, remove the detector from its plastic wrapping and place it at your chosen testing spot. Follow the instructions to register your detector at radonline.com.
Note: the detector should stay in this location for the entire testing period.
After testing, log back into radonline.com to update your testing information.
Scan the QR code to get your prepaid return label, then mail your detector to Radonova Ltd. via Canada Post. Please allow 1-2 weeks in transit to the lab.
Once processed, your report will be available for download through your radonline.com login, and you'll also receive a copy by email. Lab analysis takes 7-14 business days.
